Free Market Economic Leaders Launch New Ad Campaign Supporting President Trump’s Efforts to Lower Costs for Patients by Reining in Big Corporate Health Insurance Cartels

Most Favored Patient project’s paid media initiative launched in wake of President Trump’s demand for a meeting with big insurer CEOs to address skyrocketing premiums and out-of-pocket costs imposed on American families

Washington, D.C. — December 30, 2025 — The Most Favored Patient (MFP) initiative today launched a new six-figure paid media campaign featuring a 30-second ad highlighting President Trump’s commitment to lowering health care costs by putting patients, not large health insurance corporations, first.

The campaign will run in Florida and inside the Beltway through programmatic video, connected TV, and Direct TV placements, ensuring the message reaches policymakers, influencers, and key decision-makers shaping the health care debate.

“For far too long, liberal Washington politicians have enabled, protected, and handsomely rewarded big corporate health insurance cartels who’ve gained nearly unchecked power and control over America’s health care system,” said Phil Kerpen, MFP co-chair and co-founder of Unleash Prosperity Now. “American families were promised that their costs would go down and access to care would go up under the liberals’ costly policy experiments. Instead, patients, seniors, taxpayers, and families paid hundreds of billions more for diminished health coverage.”

The new ad is part of MFP’s ongoing effort to advance patient-centered reforms that expand choice, increase transparency, and restore affordability for families, seniors, and taxpayers.

The MFP initiative, a project of Unleash Prosperity Now, is led by free market leaders Stephen Moore, Steve Forbes, Tomas Phillipson, and Phil Kerpen. The effort seeks to expand and build upon many of the reforms being advanced by President Donald Trump and other leaders in Congress.
